Very well connected with ferries from tuscany or via its Airport di Elba, in Marina di Campo, this island is perfectly located between Tuscany and Corsica and can be a good stop-over for a crossing or the ideal destination for a few days sailing trip. Very green and with warm weather from May to October, the island is also famous for beeing the last base of Napoleon, before his exile to Saint Helena and for its bays with torquoise crystal waters such as spiaggia di Barbarossa, Procchio, Lacona and Bagnaia.
